Waitlist and contact: your work email address, your company name and, from the Contact page, the optional message you write, entered voluntarily in the form. Legal basis: your consent, confirmed through a double opt-in link valid for 48 hours. Purpose: informing you of the opening of Myriads and answering your message. Retention: until you unsubscribe, possible in one click from every email, or 24 months without interaction.

Matomo audience measurement: when our instance is enabled, Matomo is configured without cookies or persistent identifiers. IP addresses are truncated before storage. This measurement is separate from Google Analytics.

Google Analytics 4 (GA4): when enabled, Google scripts are loaded only after your explicit opt-in. GA4 measures visits, pages and interactions with our calls to action and Contact form (without submitting form contents). Google may set analytics cookies, including _ga. Advertising personalisation signals remain disabled. Legal basis: consent.

You can accept, reject or withdraw consent at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer. Your choice is stored locally for 180 days and then requested again. Withdrawing consent deletes GA4 cookies accessible from this site and prevents Google tags from loading after the page is refreshed.

GA4 data is processed by Google under its data processing terms and our property settings. Processing may involve transfers outside the European Economic Area; see https://policies.google.com/privacy. Google-side data retention depends on our GA4 property configuration and must be reviewed before launch.

Your data is processed by our team and by the sub-processors listed on the “Sub-processors and hosting” page, all located in the European Union or bound by standard contractual clauses.

Your data is never sold, nor used to train an artificial intelligence model.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Write to contact@myriads.fr; we reply within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
